I have been using this product for 30 days and I was surprised by my results. I lost 10 pounds within the first 7 days. I will admit that the very first day of taking this product I felt very hyper until I ate something 30 minutes later. When I took the second dose prior to lunch I also experienced a burning type sensation in my stomach. Again, this also passed after eating. I have since lost only 2 more pounds, however I have not changed my eating or exercise habits at all. Any side effects that I was experiencing also disappeared after about the second or third day. I've maintained my weight loss with no effort. For me this product has reduced my appetite in that I don't feel the need to constantly snack. I wish this was something I could take before dinner time as well. I found that if I took a dose after 2pm I had trouble sleeping at night. I think the prime candidate for this product is someone that is trying to lose no more than 10-20 pounds and their target issue is periodic snacking. I am going to continue to take this product for another 30 days and I'll keep you posted.

Don't listen to all the hype on this product. The only thing it is guaranteed to do is make you sick. The first day i took the two pills i was ok. By the third and fourth day, i had lost no weight, and I was extremely ill. Stomach pain, headache, lightheadedness. The only good effect these pills had were appetite control. Dont even bother. Also, the moneyback guarantee doen't apply unless you pay much more and buy the pills directly from the website.

I was not impressed with this pill at all, all it gave me were terrible stomach cramps. I followed the instructions and didn't lose a pound and I eat healthy and work out frequently. Don't waste your money unless you want a stomach ache.

I started taking this about 3 months ago. I have stomach problems which I take meds for. I weighed 258 and now am pushing 235lbs. The fact is, every weekend I have gone off this and drank alcohol yet I still manage to lose weight despite myself. I take the pill with milk a 1/2 hour before a small meal.

Really don't waste your money. This stuff made me have horrible headaches that never went away, and made me incredibly sick to my stomach. I guess I ate less that way or something. But I never really noticed any true weight lose. Won't buy again.
