CLA works great. It is highly recommended by nutritionists and workout enthusiasts. This is the second time I take and it's giving me just as great results.
One negative is that it is a pricey supplement since for it to work you must take 4 pills a day.

DId not get great results as was promised on Dr Oz. I placed some hope in it to loose weight and especially belly weight, but that did not happen using the product on its own. When I started a real diet, I lost, probably because - I DID DIET!

I have used the CLA for a month, watched what I ate, exercised and show no lose of weight or fat in places that it was suppose to affect.

i bought 2 of these and never took them. i called my doctor and basically there are small amounts of fat loss with a lot bigger doses and of course with a bigger dose a bigger chance of side effects that are not great. please read up before you make a decision to order. i didn't have the info that my doctor did for sure.
