I've been using Panicyl for a little over 2 months. I needed something to lesson
my fear and anxiety in my general life...especially around groups of people.
I started with the 2 capsules but that seemed a little too much as I felt rather
disconnected and with low energy. 1 capsule has been better actually giving me somewhat more awareness of my feelings in general without the "panicky" mind stuff.
I had been given Citalophram (10mg) but I could hardly go about my daily life...so
I searched on-line and found Panicyl. It cuts the edge off my fear and anxiety
while giving me more awareness of my feelings and thoughts...and not hyper.
I have had no side effects.

I have taken a few depression and anxiety meds for more than 5 years and I can honeslty say that panicyl has helped me so much. I can stop it at any time without any withdrawls. it seems as though I am living a normal life I don't care what I look like, (every little thing had to be perfect on me before), I always felt like someone was starring at me and I couldn't even look people in the eye.........but ever since I've been taking panicyl its made me feel like me again.....not to ..mention the energy and love for life I have.....thankyou panicyl.

First of all, this product may work different for everyone. I've had this issue in the past, certain products have given me anxiety, (like SAMe). Something in this product actually raised my anxiety levels, I tried it 8 times with the exact results everytime. I got racing thoughts and higher levels of anxiety.

I have been taking Panicyl everyday for about two weeks now. Prior to taking it, I was experiencing panic/anxiety attacks several times a day for several weeks for no apparent reason. It was extremely frustrating and debilitating, to the point in which I didn't want to leave my house. Since the day I started taking Panicyl, I haven't had one attack! :) Their website states it usually takes several days to see results, however results were immediate for me! I just recieved my first order of Panicyl today. I have been suffering from panic disorder and anxiety for 8 years and have recently completely weened off paxil after taking it for 3 years so I've been extra anxious and stressed. I was feeling very anxious when I got home today when saw the package sitting on my kitchen counter. I had been having panic attacks all day so I ripped open the box, pulled out the bottle, opened it, and took my very first pill. In minutes I went from being completely panicked to being the calmest and most relaxed I have been in a long time. I took the pill almost 7 hours ago and still feel great! I would recommend this product to anyone who has panic attacks, anxiety, or who gets stressed out more often than usual.
