I have suffered from mild depression for about 10 years now. My depression stems from Post Traumatic Stress and has been very tough to deal with emotionally. I am not one to take pills or drugs and I have done my best to overcome my problem with a natural approach. I was very pleased to find Xmood was derived from all natural substances. I gave it a try and I must say I am even more impressed with the results. I feel like myself again.

I've been using this product for the last 2 weeks and I absolutely didn't notice any changes in my anxiety and stress. It is pain in a neck because you have to remember to take it 3 times a day! Waste of 30$ for me.
